Two girls, a creek, and a horse named Smooch

Oh, and about 5 dogs and a barbed wire fence :)

Here's a shot from  yesterday when I met up with Haylie and Taylar for their horse shots. I do have to say that Smooch was very photogenic and stood in that very cold  water for quite some time without complaining :)

Ignore the grainy quality here. I'm at work and I stole it from my facebook page to post here :)

Cody {Senior}

It's definitely the time of year for senior pictures! I met Cody through his girlfriend, Brooke. (I was lucky enough to take her senior pics last year). Cody and I met up and drove around in the country - talking about Brooke the whole time, stopping at a few places along the way to grab a few shots. Here are some of my favs

Good luck this year, Cody. And thank you for choosing me to take your senior pics - I had a great time!

Taylar & Haylie {Seniors}

This past week I spent a few hours with these beautiful senior gals and had such a great time! They are absolutely gorgeous and my camera loved them! I can't wait until tomorrow when I'm meeting them at a creek ... with a horse!

I can only tell them apart from their outfits :)

This one of Taylar is one of my all time favorites

And Miss Haylie Jane (I know that's not your middle name,
but I like the way it sounds) ha!

Look at those eyes!

These girls were definitely a lot of fun.
And I see no muffin tops here :)

Welcome!

Last night I was sitting at home thinking about my blog. It occured to me that I didn't write a welcome post! That should've been my first entry, right? Ha, sorry! So here's a little about me . . .

First of all, thanks for stopping by! If you couldn't tell already, my name is Heather Hoskins. I live just north of Indianapolis in the little town of Kirklin. There's not much here but a couple of gas stations.... but we do have a stop light! If you're from a small town, you get my humor. : ) I've been married to my husband Matt for four years and we have a very energetic almost 1 year old, Garrett. I work full time which limits the time I can spend on photography, but also allows me to keep prices low.That's also part of the reason I have a blog and not a regular .com site. Once I'm up and running a little more, I plan on changing over to a regular site.

If you have any questions for me, please let me know!

The Mackey Family

Sunday I met with my little cousin (she's not so little anymore) at the IMA to take a few shots of her beautiful family. I couldn't even tell you how many times I've photographed them. They're all so gorgeous and photogenic -they make my job easy!
